Hugo is the treasurer of the Societe d'Histoire Postal du Quebec, Marketing Manager of the Postal History Society of Canada, Webmaster of the Societe Philatelique de Quebec, and a member of CSDA, BNAPS, RPSC, APS and numerous other societies.
